Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at wanybeautycompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Processing time for refunds is typically 5–10 business days
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used makeup, brushes, or skincare items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
